All press brakes are equipped with a top tool clamp, no matter what type it is. The main clamp type used on the press brakes is called European or Promecam type clamping.
This clamping system was designed in France in 60s and since then it has been widely accepted among users as well as press brake manufacturers because of its simplicity and affordability.
This clamp holds the top tool in place by tightening two screws on the clamp. The main problem here is that holding the tool and tightening the screws is not always easy to do, and/or results in unnecessary time loss. The same problem occurs when releasing and unloading the tools.
Lever arm type top tool clamp from Rolleri is an efficient solution either on a new press brake order or as a clamp replacement on an existing press brake. As it has the same hole diameters and positions, it can be easily replaced in no time.
